How Assistance Service Works
Assign Personal Advisor
You are assigned one advisor who stays with you for the whole plan. They begin with a long conversation — not a form — about age, country, religion and level of practice, education, profession, family background, and the things that are genuinely non-negotiable versus merely preferred.
Profile Creation
Your advisor writes or rewrites your profile and selects your photographs, following what actually works on the platform. If you prefer, your profile can be kept out of public search entirely and shown only to the candidates your advisor hand-picks.
Handpick Matches
Every week your advisor sends you a shortlist drawn from the verified directory, with the reasoning for each name. They confirm the particulars with the other side before a profile reaches you, so you are not the one discovering that a stated profession or marital status was wrong.
Arranging Meetings
When both sides are interested, your advisor arranges the first call or meeting at a time and place that suits both families, and stays involved through the introduction rather than handing you a phone number and stepping away.
Who the service is for
It suits parents and elder siblings running a search on someone else’s behalf, members living abroad who want someone who shares their background, second marriages and other searches that need to be handled discreetly, and anyone whose own attempts have produced plenty of matches but no serious proposals. It is not the right service if you enjoy browsing and want to search yourself — the free platform already does that well.

What is the benefit of the assistant service?

How will I interact with my advisor?

How does assistant service differ from other packages?
Regular packages are self-service — you browse and manage everything yourself. With the assistant service, a dedicated advisor handles your profile, matches, and meeting arrangements for you.
How many calls or meetings will be arranged during my membership?
This depends on your plan and mutual interest with matches — your advisor will keep you informed throughout your membership period.
Can I hide my profile from public search?
Yes — ask your advisor to set your profile to private, and it will only be shared with the matches they hand-pick for you.
How can I buy the assistant service package?

Is the assisted service refundable if no match is found?
The fee pays for your advisor’s time over the plan period, not for a guaranteed marriage, so it is not refundable once the work has begun. We would rather tell you honestly before you pay whether your requirements are realistic for the plan you are considering, which is why every enquiry starts with a conversation.
Will my family be involved in the process?
As much as you want. Many of our clients are parents, and in those cases the advisor works with the family directly throughout. Where a candidate is managing their own search, the advisor can still speak to their parents before a meeting is arranged.
