Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or using Biye Kora Lagbe you agree to everything set out below.
1. Who may use Biye Kora Lagbe
You must be at least 18 years old and legally free to marry under the laws of the country you live in. One person may hold one account only. A profile may be created and managed on a candidate’s behalf by a parent, sibling or relative, provided the candidate has consented to it and the information given is accurate.
2. Your profile and the accuracy of your information
Everything you enter — your name, age, education, profession, income, family details and photographs — must be true and must describe you or the candidate whose profile you manage. Every profile is reviewed before it becomes visible, and we may reject or remove one that appears false, misleading or impersonating someone else. Your profile returns to review whenever you edit it.
3. Identity verification
Verification is optional but encouraged. If you submit a National ID number and a selfie, we use them solely to confirm you are who you say you are, and we display only a verification badge to other members — never the documents themselves.
4. Wallet, unlocking and payments
Contact details are protected by an unlock fee charged from your wallet. Unlocking a profile reveals that member's name, phone number, email address and full address, and lets you message them. Wallet top-ups are processed by bKash and Nagad; the current unlock price and any package prices are shown before you pay.
5. Refunds
An unlock is delivered the moment it is charged, so unlock fees are not refundable. If a payment is deducted but no balance is credited, contact us with your transaction ID and we will investigate and correct it. Assisted-service packages are governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
6. How you must behave
Treat other members with respect. Do not harass, threaten, defraud or solicit money from anyone. Do not share another member's photographs, contact details or family information outside the platform. Do not use Biye Kora Lagbe for anything other than finding a marriage partner. We suspend accounts that break these rules, without refunding any remaining balance.
7. What we do not promise
We introduce members to one another; we do not guarantee a match, a response, or a marriage. We review profiles carefully but cannot independently confirm every claim a member makes. Meet, verify and decide with the same care you would use anywhere else, and involve your family.
8. Suspension and closing your account
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we believe to be fraudulent, or that is required to be closed by law. Some records are kept after closure where the law requires it — see the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are announced on the site, and continuing to use Biye Kora Lagbe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
